ANZAC Day Dawn Service
On ANZAC Day last week, students from Stage 3 attended the Dawn Service at Merrylands RSL.
Students participated in a community march around the streets of Merrylands, followed by the commemoration of the Dawn Service in Charles Mance Reserve. The commemoration service was very moving with prayers, hymns, reflections and benediction for the fallen soldiers
On behalf of the school community Breeannah Khoury and Stephanie Catania laid a wreath at the ANZAC memorial. The students who attended the Dawn Service did our school proud by showing their respect for the thousands of Australians who made the ultimate sacrifice in wars.
