SPINAL MUSCULAR ATROPHY

Maddison Brown from 6AL organised a fundraiser for Spinal Muscular Atrophy.  SMA is a genetic disorder limiting mobility, amongst many other complications. Maddison organised a guessing competition, for parents, teachers and students. Maddison managed to raise $1060.00

On Monday 15th October, Helena Young (OT for Shannon and Kaitlyn Anlezark) accepted the cheque on behalf of The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.

A special thank you to the outstanding job Madisson Brown did organising and running this competition. We would like to express our appreciation for a job well done.

What a great first week of BIG school for our Kindergarten students! 🌟📚 They have settled in so well and are already learning new routines and getting comfortable in their new classrooms. This week, they also took part in their very first sport lesson and they were so excited! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️⚽ It was lovely to see so many smiling faces and enthusiastic participation. It has also been wonderful to see new friendships starting to form as students get to know one another. 😊🤝 We are so proud of how well they have started the year and can’t wait for what’s to come! ⭐✨
