On Thursday 18th May and Friday 19th May, Year 4 students travelled to La Perouse Museum bound for Botany Bay! They got to experience what life was like for convicts aboard the First Fleet, learn about the impact of British Colonisation on the Aboriginal people and take a tour Bare Island and Macquarie’s Watchtower. We had a great time learning about Australia’s past!

We had a number of students participate in the Diocesan Cross Country, and what an outstanding effort from them all! It was a wonderful achievement and experience, and we are incredibly proud of the determination, resilience, and sportsmanship they showed throughout the day, especially in the rain. Well done to all students who represented our school so proudly!11 May 2026

On Friday, we joyfully celebrated Mother’s Day with a beautiful liturgy, followed by a picnic shared among mothers and their children. It was a special time of prayer, fellowship, and gratitude for the gift of motherhood. As mothers, we are inspired by the example of The Virgin Mary — a model of faith, love, humility, and unwavering devotion. Through her gentle strength and trust in God, Mary reminds us of the sacred vocation of motherhood and the powerful role mothers play in nurturing their families with compassion and grace. We hope all mothers had a wonderful and blessed Mother’s Day yesterday, surrounded by love, joy, and appreciation for all that they do each day.
