On Wednesday evening the under 11's rugby league team represented by Zachary Barden, Nathan Kaoutal, Ethan Khamis, Isaac Anjoul, Jayden Ibrahim, Steven Nassif, Andrew Salame, Peter Hasham, Mark Mifsud, Fintan Rota-Wallace and Christian Pedavoli took on a well drilled Beresford Road Primary School team in the Eels Cup grand final.
I am pleased to report that the boys were successful, winning the grand final 16-12. The next stage for this group will be the rugby league state finals which will be played on the 8th August. This group will be playing against the top 12 teams across the state of NSW and I'm sure they will perform to the best of their abilities.
